These terms govern your use of QuickCV, operated by Armen Apps [fill in: legal entity name, address, country of incorporation/residence]. By using QuickCV, you agree to these terms.

The service

QuickCV lets you build a CV or cover letter in your browser and export it as a PDF. Building and previewing is free. Exporting requires a one-time payment per browser, processed by Lemon Squeezy.

Your account and data

QuickCV doesn’t use accounts. Your document data lives in your browser’s local storage, and you’re responsible for keeping your own backup of anything important — we don’t hold a copy and can’t recover it if it’s lost.

Payment

The export unlock is a one-time payment tied to the browser you paid in, not an account. See our refund policy for details on refunds.

Acceptable use

Don’t use QuickCV to create fraudulent documents, misrepresent someone else’s identity, or interfere with the service (e.g. attempting to bypass payment or overloading the API).

No warranty

QuickCV is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee your CV or cover letter will get you a job, that the service will be available without interruption, or that it’s free of bugs. We do our best to keep it working reliably.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of QuickCV, including lost opportunities from a job application.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will update the date above.
