Refund Policy

Last updated July 25, 2026

QuickCV’s PDF export is a one-time payment. Here’s our default policy — adjust it to whatever you’re actually willing to honor before relying on it.

If you haven’t exported yet

If you paid but haven’t used the export feature yet, contact us within 14 days of purchase at armenalijaj2012@gmail.com and we’ll refund you in full.

If you’ve already exported

Once you’ve used the export feature, the digital content has been delivered, so refunds aren’t available by default — except where required by law, or if something on our end genuinely went wrong (e.g. a bug prevented a usable export). Reach out and we’ll look at it case by case.

EU buyers

If you’re in the EU, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because QuickCV delivers a digital service immediately upon checkout, you’re asked to acknowledge losing that right once you use the export feature, consistent with EU digital content rules. Before exporting, you haven’t used the service yet — the “haven’t exported yet” refund above still applies.

How to request a refund

Email armenalijaj2012@gmail.com with your order details (the email you used at checkout, and approximate purchase date). Refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.

This is a starting draft using a common, fair default for digital goods — not legal advice. Confirm it matches what you’re actually willing to commit to, and have it reviewed if you plan to rely on it for EU consumer sales specifically.
